[While she's never actually taken the time to run a nightclub, or any kind of business really, Temperance Brennan has at least written about it. The manuscript has since been scrapped, deleted from her computer shortly after Booth woke up from his coma thinking the story she had read to him had been their real life.

Although I do not necessarily possess the practical experience, I have done extensive research on the operation of a nightclub for a novel I once wrote. It has always struck me as an interesting job, at the very least.
