McCoy may have lost his spark this week, but it doesn't mean he's an idiot. Intellect has been clouding his emotional judgement for days now and in all honestly, he can't see this is a bad thing. Emotions can lead to irrational decisions.

Not that it bares much consequence now. He opens his mouth to reply when a flicker of anger manages to pierce through that cold, logical demeanour once more and he glares at Archie, brow creased in irritation and teeth bared as he hits the chart against the metal bed frame, hard.
