Jack has not seen Kennedy since the night they got (deservedly) thrown out of Good Spirits by Sayo. He is definitely not expecting a visit to Cullen House by the younger sailor, but that's the nice thing about living at Cullen House: practically all visits are unexpected.

Makes it kind of interesting.
